Kuzu Root

What is Kuzu?

Kuzu is a plant, originally from Japan. The white root is made into a powder that dissolves in cold water and becomes thick in hot water. It has no bitter or sweet aftertaste, alkalinizes, soothes and restores overall health - particularly when ill with a cold.

This white gold is used by Eastern healers for almost 2,000 years. It's known for its ability to calm digestive disturbances and ease the nerves. Kuzu is also noted for its high flavonoid composition and is for its ability to treat a variety of health concerns.
